Shelonda Peters-Smith was born in Brooklyn, raised in Brentwood and moved to Farmingdale in her later years. She comes from a background of 11 years in the Fashion Industry and brings perseverance, reliability, organization and attention to detail to bear when working with her real estate clients.


Shelonda Peters-Smith attended Fashion Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising, and her skills in Fashion Merchandising give her a unique insight into how to negotiate prices, finding great deals, and product placement.


Shelonda Peters-Smith entered the Real Estate world in order to be her own boss, provide better for her family and help people accomplish homeownership and hasn’t looked back.


Shelonda spends her free time traveling, enjoying fine dining, shopping and visiting museums.
